На клиническом примере продемонстрировать трудности своевременной диагностики и лечения тубоовариальных абсцессов (ТОА) в послеродовом периоде.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проведены анализ первичной медицинской документации на базе УЗ «1-я городская клиническая больница» г. Минска, осмотр и последующее наблюдение пациентки в отделениях клиники, а также анализ клинических рекомендаций по данной нозологии.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Представленный клинический случай ТОА в родах и послеродовом периоде со стертой клинической симптоматикой демонстрирует крайнюю сложность своевременной диагностики данной патологии в практике.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. ТОА при беременности и в послеродовом периоде — крайне редкое и трудно диагностируемое состояние, с высокой вероятностью может явиться причиной тяжелых осложнений в послеродовом периоде, о котором необходимо знать и помнить врачу — акушеру-гинекологу.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To demonstrate the difficulties of timely diagnosis and treatment of tubo-ovarian abscesses in the postpartum period using a clinical example.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. An analysis of the primary medical documentation was carried out on the basis of the 1st City Clinical Hospital in Minsk, the patient was examined and followed up in the clinic departments, as well as an analysis of clinical recommendations for this nosology.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The presented clinical case of tubo-ovarian abscesses in childbirth with erased clinical symptoms demonstrates the extreme complexity of timely diagnosis of this pathology in practic.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
