Проанализировать с учетом международного опыта историю и перспективы продвижения в Беларуси государственного профилактического проекта «Здоровые города и поселки» (далее – Проект).</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. На основании научных публикаций проанализирован опыт реализации инициативы Всемирной организации здравоохранения «Здоровые города» в разных странах. Для изучения особенностей реализации инициативы в Беларуси проведен ретроспективный анализ базы данных населенных пунктов, включенных в проект, а также нормативных документов, определяющих порядок его создания и функционирования.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В 2025 г. в реализацию Проекта вовлечены все административные территории Республики Беларусь, включая г. Минск и 619 населенных пунктов, что в 6,1 раза больше по сравнению с 2019 г. В Могилевской области за семь лет отмечается максимальное увеличение (в 15,6 раза) количества населенных пунктов, вовлеченных в реализацию Проекта, с 7 в 2019 г. до 109 в 2025 г. В Гродненской области отмечается минимальное увеличение (в 3,1 раза) количества городов и поселков, вовлеченных в Проект за семь лет его реализации (с 18 в 2019 г. до 55 в 2025 г.).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Решение об утверждении в 2019 г. Проекта стало мощнейшей государственной поддержкой достижения нового уровня здоровья нации на основе разработки и реализация современных стратегий и новых управленческих подходов по созданию здоровьесберегающего пространства в населенных пунктах республики.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To analyze the history and prospects for the promotion of the national preventive project “Healthy Cities and Towns” (project) in Belarus, taking into account international experience.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The experience of implementing the World “Health Organization Healthy Cities” initiative in various countries was analyzed. To study the specifics of the initiative's implementation in Belarus, a retrospective analysis of the database of settlements included in the project, the regulatory documents governing its creation and operation, was conducted.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In 2025 620 cities and towns from all administrative territories of the Republic of Belarus are involved in the project, a 6.1-fold increase compared to 2019. The Mogilev Region has seen the largest increase – a 15.6-fold increase compared to 2019 from 7 in 2019 to 109 in 2025. The Grodno Region has seen the smallest increase (3.1 times) in the number of cities and towns involved in the project (from 18 in 2019 to 55 in 2025).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
