Приводятся современные данные литературы об истории открытия, распространенности, особенностях клинического и гистоморфологического проявлений редкой патологии легких из гетерогенной группы заболеваний, характеризующихся васкулитом и наличием саркоидоподобных гранулем с образованием конгломератов с некротическими изменениями. Отмечены трудности дифференциальной диагностики и лечения данного заболевания. Представлено собственное наблюдение.
