Системная красная волчанка: разбор клинического случая

Аннотация

Статья посвящена проблеме полиморбидности при системной красной волчанке (СКВ). Подробно описан клинический случай СКВ хронического течения, на определенном этапе болезни протекавший с перипартальной кардиомиопатией и острым повреждением почек. Наличие у пациентки СКВ затрудняло своевременную диагностику сопутствующей патологии, так как развитие перипартальной кардиомиопатии изначально расценивали как волчаночный кардит, а острое повреждение почек гемодинамической и лекарственной природы – как волчаночный нефрит.
