Пейсмекер-индуцированная тахикардия
Аннотация
Статья посвящена индуцированной пейсмекером тахикардии — осложнению функционирования антибра диаритмических двухкамерных кардиологических устройств. Рассматривается пошаговое консультирование пациентов при использовании клинического подхода и алгоритма PBL-STOP. Представлены частные вопросы оказания медицинской помощи на основании публикаций клинических электрофизиологов, рекомендаций Европейского общества кардиологов.
