Гистиоцитоз легких
Аннотация
Приводятся современные данные литературы об истории открытия, распространенности, особенностях клинического и гистоморфологического проявления редкой патологии легких из гетерогенной группы заболеваний, характеризующихся накоплением клеток Лангерганса в различных органах и тканях с формированием гранулем с эозинофильной инфильтрацией – гистиоцитоза. Отмечены трудности дифференциальной диагностики и лечения данного заболевания. Представлено собственное наблюдение.
