Саркоидоз: становление нозологической концепции (исторический обзор)

Аннотация
В Международной классификации болезней 10-го пересмотра саркоидоз отнесен к классу болезней крови, кроветворных органов и иммунологических нарушений.
Описанное почти 150 лет тому назад заболевание остается загадочным и нередко ставит сложные дифференциально-диагностические задачи перед пульмонологами, урологами, офтальмологами, дерматологами, кардиологами, невропатологами и гинекологами. В представленном обзоре описаны основные этапы изучения этой патологии, разнообразные ее манифестации, подчеркнута важная роль отдельных исследователей в диагностике различных проявлений саркоидоза.
