Pulmonary emphysema: from molecular mechanisms to personalized therapy

Abstract
This article presents a modern definition of pulmonary emphysema, diagnostic and modern methods of differentiated and surgical treatment. The role of rehabilitation and preventive measures in preventing the development of a disability in patients with pulmonary emphysema is discussed.
