Цифровая трансформация интерпретации электрокардиограммы у детей: от классических подходов до алгоритмов искусственного интеллекта

Аннотация

Целью обзора является систематизация современных достижений в области регистрации электрокардиограммы, включая миниатюризацию устройств, беспроводные и цифровые технологии. Инновации расширили возможности для диагностики электрической нестабильности сердца у детей. Модернизация электрокардиографического оборудования, цифровая интеграция требуют переоценки ранее установленных педиатрических нормативов электрокардиограммы. Остается актуальной проблема интерпретации данных с носимых и событийных устройств регистрации электрокардиограммы в связи с тем, что большинство автоматических алгоритмов не адаптированы к физиологическим особенностям детского сердца. В детской кардиологии перспективным является направление использования инструментов искусственного интеллекта при интерпретации электрокардиограммы с целью скрининга и стратификации риска аритмий, структурных заболеваний сердца, каналопатий.
