Болезнь Виллебранда в детской гинекологии. Скрининг, клинические наблюдения
Аннотация
Описываются клинические случаи течения болезни Виллебранда у девочек. Это нарушение системы гемостаза — вариант наиболее распространенной наследственной геморрагической гемостазиопатии. В связи с этим крайне важным аспектом является ранний диагностический скрининг данной патологии как на амбулаторном этапе, так и в стационаре. Оценка индекса кровоточивости с использованием балльной шкалы тяжести геморрагического синдрома наряду с методами анализа менструальной кровопотери способствует своевременному выявлению болезни Виллебранда и других коагулопатий у девочек и женщин в Республике Беларусь. Это позволяет не только обеспечить медицинскую профилактику и терапию, но и значительно снизить риск жизнеугрожающих кровотечений у данных пациенток. Представлены два клинических случая с детальным описанием клинико-анамнестической картины и тактики.
