Десквамативная интерстициальная пневмония

Приводятся современные данные литературы о распространенности, особенностях клинического и гистоморфологического проявлений редкой патологии легких — десквамативной интерстициальной пневмонии. Отмечены трудности дифференциальной диагностики и лечения данного заболевания. Представлено собственное наблюдение.

Наиболее яркий гистологический признак десквамативной интерстициальной пневмонии — заполнение просветов альвеол макрофагами с обильной эозинофильной цитоплазмой.
